Eleanor and Pickles Sledge

For my individual contribution for this blog I used this gorgeous Eleanor and Pickles.

Colored with copics, background with chalks.

Took a white cardblank 6"x 6" and added two stripes of washitape, inbetween a scrap from a MagnoliaDesignpaper.

Cutted out the images with an oval stitched die ( very happy with those dies) and glued it on the dp.

Another die, Xmas in the left corner and a tree die in the right corner below, together with some foam balls and some icicle glitter.

Voor mijn individuele bijdrage op het Lacy Sunshine blog heb ik deze mooie digi gebruikt.

Een vierkante 15x15 witte cardstock kaart, met daarop boven en onder twee rijen washi tape en een scrappy van Magnolia designpapier is de basis van het geheel.

Om de afbeelding heen heb ik een stitched oval die van Crealies gebruikt. Ik ben heel blij met deze mal, het geeft een supermooi effect om je afbeelding heen.

Nog twee stansjes en wat foambolletjes en ijsglitter maken het geheel af!!

Ik wens iedereen hele fijne Kerstdagen en een gelukkig en gezond 2017!!

Warm Winter Hugs

This is my contribution for the team Blogpost from Lacey Sunshine.

For the team showcase Lisa sent me this gorgeous image, which I colored with copics, recipe below.

Used a sinple white cardblank, 6" square, and glued a dp paper on it. Those trees are perfectly matching with the image, I believe.


The only thing needed was a tag, layered on glitter paper and some glittering snowcrystals.

I added some snow below and three pearls in the left corner.

You can reach beautiful results with only a few embellies.

Santa and Reindeer

I've added some glitter and a puf to imitate fur, and used true snow from Aleene.

Happy Howlidays

Hello everyone!! Busy with the Christmas stress? There's no need to, keep calm and all will went the right way!!
For m
y second card as Guestdesigner for Imagine That Stamps I used this gorgeous doggy Kris designed for us.
Colored with copics and I used these colors:
R 39, R37, R35
G16, G17, G21, G46
B95, B0000, B12
E55, E21, E34, E09
Y00, Y06, Y15, Y17

I've punche the sides of the designpapers with a needle to achieve a stitched effect, added some glitter washi tape and glitter stars, a icicle die on the lower side and glued the image with foampads for a 3D effect.

Dachshound from Imagine That Stamps

A new release from Imagine That Stamps, this cute little dachshound.

He is already wearing his Christmas swaeter and is ready to help decorating the house.

He is coloured with copics
the reds: R39, R37, R35, R32
bluegreen: BG53, BG57, BG01, BG0000
Green: G46, G17,
Browns: E34, E35, E37, E29, E43
White gelpen.

I took a 15 cm square cardstock , designpaper from 14,5 x 14,5 cm and made four squares with the stitched dies from Sizzix.
I cutted out the images and used foamblocks to get a 3Deffect. I have a holly circle die, and I cutted the circle in 4, so I got some bowes ( to deck the hall!!)

I coloured the image with my Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils mostly, but the sky was done with Classic Chalks from Craf-T Products. the snow on the mountains is glimmer chalk from the same company.

I've never coloured such a large surface (digi's are much smaller) but it was great to color.

Colouring gives you lots of pleasure!!

The designpaper comes from a 6"x6" paperpad from Bo Bunny, Woodland winter Collection, added a die from MD, a brad with trees and washi-tape. On edge of the image I added Aleene's True Snow.

Bearing gifts

Hi crafty friends,
FB group Kit & Clowder an Art by Barb give us this lovely freebie to join Barb's contest.

I coloured the image with copics, cuted it out with Nestibilities, matted on blue and ond a designpaper from my stack.

I gave the fur on the hats some body by using flowersoft in blue and green. the top of the card has an icicle border and on added some trees, all from MD dies.
A blue ribbon with twinkling bells completed the card as well as the silver stars.
I hope you'll like it....

Fairies and Pixies from Janice, from Scrapper's Delight's

Today I like to show you a colouring page from the NEW colouring book by Janice, the talented designer from Scrapper's Delight's.

In this book you will find a lot of gorgeous fairies on A4 size, but you can resize them to every size you like to.

I've coloured this one with polychromos from Faber Castell and I believe they make a great result!!

It was quit a lot of work because of the size....

To get bright colours, one has to layer a lot, but then those colours are really bright.

So here she is:

Christmas Angel

From the Angel Kisses Collection Heather sent me this lovely crature, a real Angel!!
I coloured her with Copics, however the fur I did with Faber castell Polychromos, because there is a white pencil in the collecrion.

Of course she is blond, like all angels, but I decided to give her a brownish dress.

I glued on a card blank from 6"square a brown layer and from "Michelle R" I took a Christmas design background. The image itself got a blue mat, and the shape is a Label die from Nestabillities.

A christmas Swirl, Holly Leaves from Joy! Crafts gave the finishing touch.

Mid Month november Draco

For this card I used Drago Christmas I and I merged it with the gift from the winterfreebie...

As cardblank I used a tryptich template the I bought a long tine ago, it is actually a MDF object, but I never used it the way it was ment to use...

Draco is coloured with copics and I added some glitter to his hat.
The colors I've used:

As designpaper I took some paper from a Papermania Christmaspad from a few years ago, added some glitter crystals from Joy! dies, the Winter sentiment from Joy! and the big Christmas tree is a die from MD. On the side panels I glued some glittering washi tape from A.

I like the way he has turned out, I hope you do too!!

Paula's Penguin Costume

With this lovely image from Imagine That, I made this card. In This time of the year we all make christmas cards, so here is another one...
Coloured with copics,
Hair W9. W7, W0 and W3
Face: E13, E00, E000 and R20
All the yellows: Y00, Y17, Y38 and YR04
Vest: B00, B39, B34, B32
Stockings: R00, R29, R14

The background is made by stipping with B000, B00 and B12

The sentiment has a golden touch with a golden gelpen.

I cut out the image with a Nestabilitie labelframe, and the square papers with Sizzix Stitched nested framelits.

Added a charm from a little penguin with some ribbon and some trees, and that's all folks...

Winnie Light Tester

Hi, there, crafty friends!!
Today I like tos show you you Winnie Light Tester, from lacy Sunshine.

She's designed by the very talented Heather Valetine and in the shop you will find many gogeous digi's for every occasion!!

I coloured Winnie with Copic markers. For the card I used a Dutch DooBadoo card tempate, nr 470.713.128, easy to use and to make a different card!!

The disgnpapers I used are from Studio Light and I added some trees from MD dies, the icing is also from a MD die.

The fur on her hat is made by using Fun Liner Magic from Marabu, a paint that gives you a 3D effect after heating, the snow is Aleene's true snow.

I hope you enjoy the card and get some inspiration for your own Christmas cards!

For the circle stepcard I used a dinnerplate, because my circlecutter doesn't go as far as 21 cm.
The designpaper is from my stash and the dies I used are from Joy Design.
Used some white ricrac for the smaller waves.

Jingles Christmas Ornaments

Hi there!! Just want to share this card I made with this lovely image from Heather Valentine, the designer of all the Lacy Sunshine images.

I've chosen
 a 6x6" card in red and added some designpaper from my stash.
I colored Jingles with copics on white DCPpaper from Clairfontaine, and I added glitter on it, which doesn't show much..

The die i used is from Precious Marieke.

Mid month Inspiration October

Last time I  made a card with Juliet from the lovedrama by Shakespeare and now I used Romeo to make a complete couple..

I always find it nice to make some story out of my card so I thought Romeo must be throing roses at Juliet´s window. But, because she is not such a good catcher en he isn´t such a good pitcher, there are a lot of roses on the floor....

I made an angled easelcard, so he can stand stand next to her. I used a die from a gothic window to create a romantic atmosphere. The paperpad Tales of you and me from Prima Marketing has the perfect match for such a romantic card!!

This time I coloured the image with Faber Castell Polychromos, cut it out and added some foampads on the back side to make a 3D effect.

I made a slidercard out lightblue cardstock and used a paperpad from Prima Marketing, wich has the proper romantic touch for this figure.


I coloured the images with copics, added some lace and flowers. In her hand I put a string of pearls with a little rose at the end.

Anna Mae School Mid month Inspiration Scrapper's delight's

Todat is the new midmonth inspiration going on the Scrapper's delight's blog. For your inspiration I used Anna Mae School,, its the time of the year all schools have started.
I amde a simple CAS card and colored her with Copics.

The cardstock I used is from Craft Emotions and I choosed it because it reminded me at the checlered floors in my school back then.
The DP is filled with figures, so the math's they teach you is also remembered.
I few flower buttons completed it.

Rory Brewing

For the new Challenge from team A I made this card.
Halloween and Autumn do have such beautiful deep colours, its almost a bigger pleasure to work with.
The image is coloured with copics and a used some backgrouns paper from stack. I'm collecting all sorts of papers for so long, I don't remember where I bought them...and if, they'r so old, there not sold anymore.
To get the rifht armosphere I added some spiderweb dies and the word witch. The ribbon is from a supermarket nearby, where they often sell interior decorations.
I hope to give you some inspiration with this one, till next time!

Broken Fairy Girlie Challenge Feeding Penelope Squirrel

For the new Challenge in the Broken Fairy Designs Facebook group, with the twist Girlie, I made this card.

Coloured with copics, on red cardstock with designpapers fron a paperpad from KaiserCraft, Blue Bay.  All the borders of the papers have fake stitches and are altered with the Tim Holtz paper weel. Added a few fabric ball as nuts for the squirrel. The background is dotted with the copics.

Freebie Wedding couple for Bridal Party Alyce Keegan

Janice, the talented designer from Scrapper's Delight's has made a gorgeuos freebie for this Bridal Shower. There are lots of events, but this is Scrapper's Delight's contribution.
I coloured the image with copics and used a plain white cardstock, then I wrapped a ivory vellum covered with roses around, With a small ribbon rhe vellum is tied to the card.
Pearls aroun the image, ivory rose to hide where the pearls are glued together and a bunch of wedding flowers to complete the card. I hope you like it!!

Snowflakes of Love Angelkisses

Today its my turn to show you this beautiful Snowflakes of Love Angelkisses.
 For me, angels always have sof toned dresses, and because she's blowing snowflakes, it has to be winter though, its blue all the way.

Vandaag is het mijn beurt, en ik wil graag deze mooie digi Snowflakes of Love met jullie delen. Engelen hebben voor mij gevoel altijd jurken in pasteltinten, en omdat ze sneeuwvlokken wegblaast, is deze keer haar jurk lichtblauw.

I added some dies, Snowflakesdies from Tim Holz, Nestabilities, The music die from Joy and a borderpunch from Martha Stewart. The glittering blue paper comes from stock, no idea where I bought it, would very much to buy some more..

Ik heb er een paar stansen van de snowflakes Nestabilities van Tim Holz aan toegevoegd, net zoals de muziekbalk van Joy en een randpons van Martha Stewart. Het glitterpapier komt uit voorraad, weet jammer genoeg niet meer waar ik het gekocht heb, zou het graag weer kopen!!
