Lil'Mer Pretty Parcels

I coloured the image with copics, and the background is made with chalk

For the circle stepcard I used a dinnerplate, because my circlecutter doesn't go as far as 21 cm.
The designpaper is from my stash and the dies I used are from Joy Design.
Used some white ricrac for the smaller waves.
